At Ginsey Home Solutions, our National Account Manager is the owner and operator of the Walmart and Sam’s Club business. This role leads customer execution end‑to‑end, building trusted buyer relationships, driving Joint Business Plans, managing forecasts and trade, and coordinating cross‑functional execution to deliver growth that shows up on shelf and on the P&L.

What You’ll Do
  • Build and execute Joint Business Plans aligned to customer strategy
  • Drive distribution, assortment, merchandising, and promotional growth
  • Deliver sales, volume, and profitability targets
  • Manage trade spend and customer programs with Finance/Trade Marketing
  • Partner with Demand Planning on accurate, SKU‑level forecasts
  • Use POS and customer data to identify risks and opportunities
  • Lead cross‑functional execution across Marketing, Supply Chain, Ops, and Customer Service
  • Support broker and in‑store execution to ensure strong shelf performance
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of sales experience (CPG preferred)
  • Direct ownership of Walmart and/or Sam’s Club strongly preferred
  • Experience with JBP execution, forecasting, and trade management
  • Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM/TPM skills
  • Willingness to travel ~15–25%
