Position Summary
The Account Manager oversees daily operations at an assigned location, ensuring exceptional service for clients and guests. Responsibilities include managing staff, maintaining client relationships, overseeing financial aspects such as revenue and payroll, and performing valet duties when needed.

Primary Objective

Lead and manage valet operations by delivering outstanding guest service, optimizing efficiency, and driving financial performance. Focus on staff development, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction to ensure a safe, professional, and organized valet experience.

Duties and Responsibilities Client Relationship Management

Serve as the primary contact for each property, ensuring contractual obligations are met while fostering open communication, addressing concerns, and building trust to strengthen partnerships and identify opportunities for improvement and growth.

Daily Operational Oversight

Manage scheduling, staffing, and quality assurance to ensure smooth daily operations. Conduct regular site visits to identify and resolve issues, maintain equipment, improve processes, and uphold consistent customer service standards.

Financial and Administrative Tasks

Monitor revenue, payroll, and expenses to identify trends, work with the Regional Director on cost control, and maintain accurate record‑keeping to keep operations financially on track and within budget.

Team Supervision and Training

Recruit, train, and coach hourly associates, set clear performance expectations, and foster a positive work environment by modeling professionalism and enforcing company policies.

Communication and Reporting

Provide regular updates to management through reports on progress, challenges, and account needs, using personal devices as needed during emergencies or urgent situations.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Involve staff in planning, decision‑making, and process improvement. Maintain an open leadership style, provide feedback, support skill development, and encourage professional growth to drive team success.

Additional Responsibilities

Other tasks may be assigned as needed. Attend required staff meetings and complete training modules promptly. Work flexible hours during financial close periods and occasional travel for reviews, audits, or corporate meetings.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Education/Experience

A high school diploma or GED is required, with at least three years of supervisory experience in parking, hospitality, or a similar customer service field. Additional training or certifications in leadership or business management are beneficial.

Certificates and Licenses

A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required, with a clean motor vehicle record. Pass and maintain a background check. No special certifications are required.

Hospitality, Customer Service, and Communication

Provide exceptional guest service through professional communication, active listening, and personalized assistance to create a welcoming experience.

Advanced Client Management Skills

Build strong relationships, resolve issues promptly, and anticipate client needs. Coordinate across locations and adjust strategies to ensure satisfaction and long‑term partnerships.

Analytical and Problem‑Solving Abilities

Analyze revenue and payroll, identify discrepancies, and develop solutions to improve performance and accuracy.

Training and Leadership Skills

Provide coaching, build strong teams, and ensure consistent operations through training methods, operational software, and leadership principles.

Payroll Management

Manage payroll with a focus on scheduling and overtime control, guiding managers to create efficient schedules that optimize labor costs.

Excellent Communication and Reporting Skills

Provide clear updates to operations, HR, internal departments, and external vendors.

Work Environment

Work in indoor and outdoor settings, collaborate with teams, vendors, and clients on‑site and in corporate environments. Use computers, phone, and perform duties around parking facilities. Exposure to outdoor weather conditions is expected.
