Director, Business Operations - Ecommerce
(USA) Bentonville, AR. This role is onsite in Bentonville, AR. The Director, Business Operations will lead the eCommerce strategy to enhance operating models, annual planning, and strategic initiatives, building a world‑class operating model and improving customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Build and execute site strategy to drive customer journey and operational performance across categories.
- Structure complex strategic problems, conduct analytical assessments, and translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Monitor site health, develop dashboards, provide key metrics, and lead root‑cause analyses for site issues.
- Operate with excellence, develop workflows, processes and timelines, embedding operational excellence and coaching the team.
- Act as a strategic partner to internal stakeholders, improving processes and scaling best practices.
- Customer‑centric mindset

- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Business Operations, Product Management, Site Merchandising, or a related field.
- Master’s degree in Business or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a consumer‑focused e‑commerce environment.
- Strong customer obsession focused on building the right site experience.
- Ability to drive large‑scale projects across multiple functions.
- Self‑starter with analytical skills, problem‑solving capabilities, and the ability to develop and execute complex projects.
- Strong sense of urgency, effective communication, and decision‑making based on sound, fact‑based criteria.
- Highly organized, self‑motivated, and adaptable to changing priorities.
- Experience influencing direct and indirect reports and working cross‑functionally.
- Base salary range: $110,000 – $220,000 annually.
- Performance bonuses (annual or quarterly).
