Position Summary

The Senior Manager, Strategic Partnerships leads the identification and development of growth opportunities by cultivating and sustaining mutually beneficial relationships with key internal and external partners. This role drives business development initiatives, negotiates agreements, and guides cross-functional teams to implement strategic solutions aligned with Walmart’s objectives. Utilizing data-driven insights and advanced problem-solving, the position influences decision-making and fosters collaboration across multiple stakeholders.

The role also includes mentoring associates, managing complex projects, and ensuring compliance with company policies while promoting a culture of integrity and continuous improvement.

The Offsite Energy team at Walmart transforms clean energy goals into actionable projects that benefit communities and reduce costs. This team excels in building strategic partnerships, leading cross-functional initiatives, and driving business development. Members apply data analysis and negotiation skills to identify growth opportunities and deliver impactful solutions. The team fosters collaboration across departments to implement innovative strategies aligned with Walmart’s objectives.
