About the team:

The team leads cross-functional initiatives to drive transformation and growth for Shopper and InHome, focusing on enhancing business efficiency and operational excellence. They manage complex projects, analyze data to support strategic decisions, and develop innovative solutions aligned with evolving business needs. Collaborating closely with internal partners, the team ensures effective execution while upholding high standards of integrity and performance. Emphasizing continuous improvement, they foster a results-driven environment that promotes accountability, effective communication, and development to deliver value and advance Walmart’s mission.

• Identifymarketplaceandoperationalopportunitiesusingdata,AI enabled insights,customer/shopper feedback,andfieldinput.
• Partner with Product,Engineering,Analytics,and Operationstodesign,test,andscalesolutions.
• Managemultipleoperationalworkstreamsbybuildingprojectplans,organizing timelines,andfacilitatingstakeholderalignment.
• Evaluate trade-offsacrossspeed,cost,experience,andoperationalcomplexitytodelivermeasurablebusinessoutcomes.

• Provenexperienceinoperationsandprojectmanagement,including planning,executing,anddeliveringcomplexinitiatives.
