What you'll do:

* Support execution of business plans by identifying operational needs and communicating priorities to drive performance.

* Manage cross-functional initiatives impacting store and corporate processes, merchandising programs, and associate training content.

* Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for system improvements and merchandise priorities.

* Develop and adjust performance standards, contingency plans, and training programs to enhance effectiveness.

* Build strong partnerships with stakeholders to implement business solutions aligned with customer and company goals.

* Promote compliance with policies and uphold company values through transparent communication and ethical leadership.

* Foster continuous improvement by embracing new tools and adapting to organizational changes.
