What you'll do:

• Owncomplexanalyticsshapingsellerfeesandincentiveinvestmentsacross Walmart'sglobal
  
  Marketplace.
• AnalyzelargedatasetsusingSQLtoidentifytrends,uncoverinsights,andsolvehigh-prioritybusinessproblems.
• Buildfinancialmodelsandbusinesscasesfor Marketplacefeechangesandhigh-valueincentiveprograms.
• Designexperimentsandmeasurementframeworkstoquantifybusinessimpact,optimizeROIandinvestmentdecisions.
• Partner with Data Sciencetodevelopandvalidatemeasurementandrecommendationmodels .
• Translatecomplexanalysesintoexecutive-readyrecommendations.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineeringtobuildscalableglobalfeesandincentivecapabilities .
• Leadcross-functionalinitiativesfromproblemdefinitionthroughexecution.
• Coachassociatesonanalyticalthinkingandstructuredproblemsolving.
