Position Summary

Asa Senior Manager ,Product Removal&Supply Chain Food Safetyyouwillworkcrossfunctionallywithsuppliers ,supplychainnetwork,andinternalfoodsafetycomplianceteamstomanagefoodsafetyandhealthremovalsforU.S.Walmart and Sam’sClub. Additionally,youwillsupportfoodsafetycomplianceacrossoursupplychainDCandFCnetworks,asaFood Safety Subject Matter Expert ,modelandguidecomplianceto

FoodSafetypoliciesandprocedures.

The Food Safety Complianceteamleadsthedevelopmentandexecutionofcompliancestrategiestoensureadherencetoregulatoryrequirementsacrosstheorganization .Thisteamcollaboratescross-functionallywithinternalpartnersandexternalstakeholderstomanagecompliancerisksandguidepolicyimplementation.

Assubjectmatterexperts,theymonitorregulatorytrends,provideinsightstoleadership,andsupportcontinuousimprovementinitiatives.

• Executefoodsafetyandhealth&wellnessproductrecallsandremovals.
• Provide“oncall”coverageandsupporttostores/clubsandvariousbusinesspartnersoutsideofofficehoursandonweekends.
• CraftcustomernotificationsandreplytoFDA,USDA,and Stateregulatoryrecalleffectivenesschecks.
• Updateandmaintaincorporate
  
  SeafoodHACCPplan,Preventive Controls plan,and Sanitary Food Transportation Act ,forthe
  
  Grocery Distribution Center network .
• Manage,monitor,andimprove3rdparty
  
  Food Safety Auditsfor Distribution Centers and Fulfillment Centers .
• Provide accept/reject decisions,basedonfoodsafetyrisk,forincomingtruckloadsbasedontime/temperatures.

• Extensiveexperienceingovernanceandcompliancestrategywithastrongunderstandingofregulatorycompliancerequirements.
• Provenabilitytomanagecomplianceriskanddevelopeffectivemitigationstrategies.
• Demonstratedleadershipskillswithexperienceinmentoring,coaching,anddevelopinghigh-performing teams.
• Excellentcommunicationskillstoconveycomplexcomplianceinformationclearlytostakeholders.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $ Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 4 years’ experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area. 2 years’ supervisory experience. 3 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
