The Manager,Specialty Compliance and Ethics ,overseesadherencetoregulatoryrequirementsandethicalstandardswithintheirareaofresponsibility.

Thisroleinvolvesworkingwithacross-functionalteamofbusinessandcompliancepartnerstodevelop,implement,andmaintainelementsofaprivacycomplianceprogramfor

Walmart’shealthcareinitiatives. Additionally,themanagersupportsassociatedevelopment,fostersacultureofintegrity,andensuresalignmentwithcompanyvalueswhiledrivingcontinuousimprovementandeffectivestakeholderengagementtoupholdtheorganization’scommitmenttoethicalbusinesspractices.

The HIPAA Privacy team leads enterprise compliance by managing policies and training to safeguard Protected Health Information (PHI).Theyoverseethird-party compliance through Business Associate Agreements and provide real-time guidance to support regulatory adherence.

The team drives data governance activities, including access reviews and public privacy notices, ensuring consistent communication and risk mitigation.

By combining strong governance with proactive collaboration, the team enables business agility while maintaining ethical standards and regulatory compliance across the organization.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $ Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
