Manager, Operations

• Develop and maintain strategic roadmaps
• Support annual and long-range planning
• Manage portfolio and launch-planning processes
• Support KPI framework development and validation, benchmarking, parity assessments, analysis, and recommendations
• Coordinate leadership offsites and cross-functional planning activities
• Support recurring leadership operating mechanisms
• Analyze data and business trends to develop actionable recommendations aligned with organizational objectives
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to support business goals and operational excellence
• Provide strategic planning, portfolio management, and executive decision support
• Partner across teams to align priorities and manage strategic initiatives

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 2 years' experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 4 years' experience in operations, project management, or related area
• Strong analytical skills, including reviewing data, identifying trends, and summarizing key findings
• Experience supporting strategic planning, business operations, program management, or related work
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Ability to track priorities, timelines, and follow-up actions
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Experience preparing presentations, reports, and leadership updates
• Ability to collaborate across teams and support planning sessions, meetings, and recurring business reviews
