- Lead readiness activities for future market expansion opportunities

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 3 years' experience in operations, project management, or related area, OR 5 years' experience in operations, project management, or related area
- 1 year's supervisory experience
- Proven expertise leading complex operations and project management initiatives
- Experience managing multiple work streams, operational transformations, and/or global large-scale organizational change
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and develop actionable business recommendations
- Experience driving process improvements and enhancing business efficiency through innovative solutions
- Ability to cultivate trust-based relationships and advocate for partners respectfully and collaboratively
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Comfort working in ambiguous environments and creating structure, shared accountability, and momentum
- Commitment to high standards of integrity and ethical conduct
- Must comply with Walmart's drug-free workplace and no-tolerance policy regarding illegal drugs and alcohol on the job
