The role supports regulatory forecasting, impact assessments, and the preparation of comprehensive reports for senior management. • Monitor and analyze laws, regulations, and policies to identify compliance and ethics risks within the specialty area.
• Develop, update, and communicate policies and standard operating procedures in collaboration with leadership and senior managers.
• Conduct compliance assessments, prepare detailed reports, and recommend resolutions to address identified gaps.
• Manage legislative assessment strategies, including tracking proposed legislation and evaluating business impacts.
• Provide expert guidance on regulatory trends and support long‑term compliance forecasting and gap analysis.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement compliance solutions and measure effectiveness through metrics and reporting.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Supply Chain, or a related field, or 2+ years of experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or a related area.
• 1–3 years of experience in data entry and data analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects and consistently follow through on commitments.
• 1–3 years of experience using Microsoft Office applications, with strong Excel skills.
• 1–3 years of experience supporting import operations.
• Any experience working with Harmonized Tariff codes.
