• Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance business operations and drive eCommerce performance improvements

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related area and 5 years’ experience in eCommerce merchandising, site operations, business management, or related area OR 7 years’ experience in eCommerce merchandising, site operations, business management, information technology, computer science or related area
• 2 years’ supervisory experience
• Extensive experience leading cross-functional business operations and driving operational excellence in eCommerce environments
• Proven ability to analyze complex data sets and use insights to influence strategic decisions and optimize performance metrics
• Strong project management skills with experience managing multiple initiatives, aligning resources, and delivering results on time
• Expertise in business process improvement and performance management
• Exceptional communication skills for presenting clear, data-driven narratives and influencing stakeholders
• Ability to develop and implement innovative solutions based on market and customer analytics

Demonstrates expertise in eCommerce operations and project management, leveraging data analysis to drive strategic decisions and optimize performance. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and enhance business processes while maintaining strong vendor relationships.
