What you’ll bring:

Required:

• 8-12+ yearsofexperienceinworkforcestrategy,operatingmodeldesign,HRtransformation,ormanagementconsulting.
• Demonstratedexperienceleadinglarge-scale,cross-functionaltransformationinitiatives.
• Deepexpertiseinorganizationdesign,servicemodelevolution,andworkforceplanning.
• Stronganalyticalandfinancialacumen,includingscenariomodelingandcostoptimization.
• Experienceembeddinganalytics,automation,orAIintoworkforceoroperatingmodeltransformation.
• Provenabilitytoinfluenceseniorleadersincomplex,matrixed,multi-marketenvironments.
