Vice President of Sales

BRICK EXECUTIVE SEARCH has partnered with a Seoul,Korea based Company established in 1982 and has since grown into a globally recognized apparel export company.

Currently, it maintains strategic partnerships with several internationally renowned clothing brands and leads the industry with a focus on new material research and technology development. The company operates manufacturing business sites in Southeast Asia (Vietnam, Indonesia, Myanmar) and Central America (Nicaragua, Guatemala, Haiti), producing apparel through the methods of Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM) and Original Development Manufacturing (ODM).

We are recruiting a key, Sr. Level Position . The role will be accountable for the Walmart Apparel business, The Executive will reside in Bentonville , Arkansas

Act as the local extension of the HQ Sales Team to drive business growth with Walmart through strong customer partnerships, proactive market intelligence & sales analysis, and execution excellence in Bentonville.

• Guide sales teams on negotiation strategy, execution discipline, and customer communication
• Support business growth through category expansion and proactive customer engagement
• Implement best practices and operational improvements to strengthen speed, quality, and accountability
• Support capacity planning and sourcing allocation based on Walmart business needs

• Conduct touch‑base meetings before and after Walmart walkthroughs and line meetings to align on priorities, share key outcomes, and drive follow‑up actions.
• Ensure the HQ Sales Team remains aligned with Walmart's evolving business needs and expectations.
• Monitor Walmart business direction, assortment trends, and strategic priorities
• Share actionable market intelligence, competitive insights, and Walmart strategy updates with HQ. (Weekly)
• Ensure HQ (Seoul sales team) remain aligned with Walmart’s evolving business needs and expectations

• Provide real‑time local support for urgent business and operational matters including urgent sample package delivery.
• Purchase Hansae-produced items and provide authentic product reviews and star ratings to monitor customer experience and identify improvement opportunities.
• Conduct weekly touch‑base calls with individual teams based on clearly defined agendas to review priorities, align action items, and track progress.
• Review and refine meeting decks to ensure strategic messaging, consistency, and effective communication with Walmart buyers and cross‑functional teams.
• Partner closely with HQ (Seoul sales team) and Replenishment Manager to improve in‑season responsiveness (Weekly)

• Conduct regular floor pad and assortment tracking across Walmart Stores and provide ongoing reporting (Monthly)
• Analyze fixture allocation, category shifts, and floor space trends to identify changes in business direction
• Share actionable insights with sales teams to support proactive proposal development
• Support product development and innovation aligned with Walmart customer needs and market trends
• Provide local insights into buyer expectations, competitive landscape, and seasonal direction
• Support proactive idea generation and customer‑focused proposal development
• Collaborate with development and sourcing teams to improve speed‑to‑market and commercial relevance

• Must have worked for Walmart in the ladies apparel space
• Need to be a non Walmart Executive for a minimum of 5 years.
