Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies that scale Walmart's global Financial Services portfolio
- Identify market and industry growth opportunities and translate insights into recommendations, priorities, and actionable roadmaps
- Partner cross-functionally to evaluate, prioritize, and launch new capabilities that enhance customer experience and drive growth
- Establish scalable processes, frameworks, and best practices to improve execution and accelerate innovation across markets
- Define and monitor key business and operational metrics to measure performance and inform decision-making
- Advance Walmart's broader Financial Services strategy by ensuring solutions complement priority products and create meaningful retail outcomes across the omnichannel ecosystem
- Support additional strategic initiatives as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Engineering, or related field and 5 years' experience in consumer services industry, project management, product management, process improvement, retail operations, or related area OR 7 years' experience in those areas
- 1 year's supervisory experience
- Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives across Product, Technology, Operations, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and other enterprise partners
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
- Experience developing business strategies, evaluating new opportunities, and building compelling business cases
- Experience building, launching, or managing Financial Services, Payments, Banking, Fin Tech, or related products
- Proven ability to translate insights into scalable products, capabilities, or experiences
- Experience defining KPIs and success metrics to measure business impact and guide decision-making
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate in fast-paced, complex environments and deliver measurable results
Demonstrates expertise in developing and executing strategies for Financial Services, with a strong focus on cross-functional collaboration, performance measurement, and customer experience enhancement. Proven ability to lead complex initiatives and translate market insights into actionable business strategies.
