Job Title

Leads complex, cross-functional programs and business initiatives by aligning strategy, execution, and performance. Partners with senior leadership to drive informed decision-making, resolve critical issues, and continuously improve processes that enhance efficiency, reduce cost, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

• Lead execution of multiple business plans and programs by defining priorities, removing obstacles, and monitoring performance against goals
• Partner with senior leaders to establish objectives, success criteria, risks, and communication strategies across initiatives
• Drive program lifecycle management, including planning, stakeholder alignment, execution, and continuous improvement
• Analyze performance data, KPIs, and ROI to recommend strategic adjustments and improve business outcomes
• Champion process improvement through gap analysis, best practices, and implementation of scalable solutions

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field and 2 years' experience in project management, business, operations, or related area OR 4 years' experience in project management, business, operations, or related area. 1 year's experience working in cross-functional teams.
