About the team:
The team focuses on prioritizing technology needs and collaborating with business stakeholders to align initiatives with strategic goals. It leads the creation of Business Requirements Documentation, manages sprint planning, and assesses trade-offs. By coordinating Proof of Concepts and supporting implementation planning, the team delivers analytical and consultative support to leadership. It translates business strategies into actionable analytics projects, identifies key customer insights, and assists in testing and validation.
Utilizing expertise in data management, root cause analysis, and business requirements development, the team drives informed decision-making to effectively support business objectives.
What you'll do:

Inboundand Outbound Transportation ,product,finance,and technology. - Identifyandsourcerelevantdatasets,ensuringdataqualityandintegrityforaccurateanalysisandreporting.
- Developandmaintainbusinessrequirementsdocumentationtoguideprojectactivitiesandprocessimprovements.
- Applystatisticaltechniquesanddatavisualizationtoolstointerprettrends,outliers,andcorrelations.
- Collaboratewithstakeholderstotranslatebusinessneedsintoactionableinsightsandsupportsolutiondevelopment.
- Assistindatacleansing,profiling,andvalidationactivitiestoenhancedatareliability.
- Communicatefindingseffectivelytoinfluencebusinessstrategiesandsupportcontinuousimprovementinitiatives.
What you'll bring:
- Proficiencyindataanalysistechniquesandtools,includingSQLandPython,tosupportbusinessdecision-making.
- Experienceindevelopingbusinessrequirementsdocumentationandunderstandingcross-domainbusinesspractices.
- Abilitytoidentify,assess,andimprovedataqualityusingestablishedmanagementframeworksandtools.
- Knowledgeofdatavisualizationbestpracticesandexperiencewithmultiplevisualizationplatformssuchas Tableauor Power BI.
- Stronganalyticalskillstosupportexploratorydataanalysisunderguidance.
- Effectivecommunicationskillstopresentdatainsightsclearlytostakeholdersandcollaboratewithcross-functional teams.
- Familiaritywithprojectmanagementprinciplestosupportdeliveryofassignedtasksandprocessimprovements.
