The Report Team plays a crucial role in ensuring payroll accuracy and regulatory compliance by auditing payroll and control reports each cycle. They identify and resolve payroll issues, supporting corrective actions that protect associates and the company. Collaborating across departments, the team maintains high standards in compliance and payroll processes while delivering excellent customer service. Their thorough reviews and clear communication uphold payroll integrity and contribute to seamless business operations.

• Support business areas by analyzing initiatives, interpreting data, and providing recommendations aligned with objectives.
• Manage compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies through monitoring and implementing action plans.
• Handle escalated customer service issues, providing education and support.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize tasks, communicate progress, and drive continuous improvement.

• Proven experience in managing compliance with local, state, and federal regulations within a business environment.
