Shark Ninja is looking for a Director, Commercial Execution – Walmart to lead the account-wide operating bridge between Walmart commercial strategy and how it is delivered across stores, , the distribution center network, and the merchant and replenishment organizations.

You will own the Walmart Commercial Execution and CPFR strategy, establishing the operating model, decision processes, analytical capabilities, and cross-functional accountability required to deliver product availability and profitable growth. You will serve as Shark Ninja’s senior CPFR counterpart to Walmart’s Merchant and MerchX leadership while aligning Shark Ninja Sales, Commercial Planning, Supply Planning, Customer Service, Sales Operations, and Finance around one execution plan.

You will lead and develop two CPFR Managers and hold total-account accountability for 95% fill-rate performance, 97.5% in-stock performance, forecast accuracy, inventory health, and Walmart supply-chain scorecards

This role builds a scalable, AI-enabled Commercial Execution engine that turns data into earlier decisions, clearer accountability, and stronger retailer partnerships. You will establish an exception-based operating model in which automation absorbs repetitive work, analytics identifies the highest-value risks and opportunities, and the team spends more time influencing decisions and strengthening relationships.

The ultimate measure of success is that Walmart customers can consistently find and purchase Shark Ninja products at every stage of the path to purchase—on screen and on shelf—while both Walmart and Shark Ninja maintain productive inventory positions.
