Manager, Procurement

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, economics, technology, or related field and 2 years' experience in procurement strategy, contract management, analytics, or related field; OR 4 years' experience in procurement strategy, contract management, analytics, or related field
• Proven expertise in procurement
• Strong vendor relationship and supplier performance management skills
• Financial acumen, including analyzing business and financial data
• Experience in category strategy development, risk mitigation, and contract management within procurement functions
• Proficiency in negotiation and stakeholder management
• Strong problem-solving abilities focused on continuous improvement and data quality
• Effective communication skills for presenting complex information and collaborating cross-functionally
• Competence in project management and leveraging digital tools
• Preferred: data modelling, data analytics, data management, and qualified experience in Microsoft Excel
