Join Walmart’s Business Operations & Insights team within Site Merchandising, where analytics drives digital retail success. The team develops advanced analytical tools, performance dashboards, and AI solutions that enable site merchants and leaders to make informed decisions itioned at the intersection of big data engineering and commercial strategy, the team simplifies complex workflows and transforms detailed site data into clear, actionable business recommendations.

This work directly enhances the shopping experience for millions of digital customers by supporting data-driven strategies and continuous innovation.
What you’ll do:

• Leadbusinessanalysisinitiativesbycoordinatingactivitiesandmaintainingrelationshipswithkeystakeholderstosupportstrategicplansandbusinessneeds.
• Providedata-driveninsightsandmarketresearchtoinformdecision-makingandidentifyimprovementopportunities.
• Manageanddevelopstakeholderrelationshipsthroughpartnership,collaboration,andassigningresponsibilitiestobuildaccountabilityandmetprojectobjectives.
• Overseecompliancewithcompanypolicies,ensuringethicalstandardsandintegrityinallbusinessprocesses.
• AnalyzedatausingtoolssuchasSQL,Tableau,andPowerBItodeliveraccuratereportsandactionablerecommendations.
• Drivecontinuousimprovementbyevaluatingworkflows,processes,andresultstoenhanceoperationalefficiency.
