- Lead end-to-end execution for assigned pricing initiatives, promotions, and merchant portfolios
- Partner with Merchants and cross-functional teams to deliver pricing strategies
- Identify risks, resolve complex operational issues, and remove execution barriers
- Drive continuous improvement by simplifying processes, standardizing workflows, and supporting automation
- Monitor execution quality and communicate proactively
- Ensure work is delivered with speed and accuracy
- Translate merchant intent into operational execution while protecting Walmart’s Every Day Low Price promise
- Lead complex work streams, solve business problems, and build trusted cross-functional partnerships
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field and 2 years’ experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area; OR 4 years' experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area
- Experience leading complex operational, merchandising, pricing, or business initiatives
- Strong project/program management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to influence cross-functional partners without formal authority
- Master's degree in Business, Analytics, or related field (preferred)
- Project Management Certification (preferred)
- Six Sigma certification (preferred)
- Statistical Programming Language (preferred)
Demonstrates expertise in leading pricing initiatives and operational execution while fostering cross-functional partnerships. Proficient in data analytics and project management, with a focus on continuous improvement and process optimization.
