The Senior Manager, Revenue Operations role is responsible for building the structure, processes, and insights that enable scalable revenue growth. Utilizing advanced financial and data analytics expertise, the position delivers actionable insights to optimize revenue operations and customer experience. The role requires strong leadership in managing complex projects, enhancing processes, and supporting continuous learning to achieve organizational goals and maximize business impact.

The Revenue Operations team plays a vital role in supporting commercial and internal functions by driving growth and operational efficiency through cross‑functional leadership. This team translates strategic plans into measurable targets, facilitates collaboration among internal partners, and uses root cause analysis to identify opportunities for improvement. Responsibilities include delivering training, managing forecasting and reporting, and maintaining revenue systems and tools. By leveraging business and financial expertise, the team ensures streamlined processes and data‑driven decisions that enhance productivity and support sustained revenue growth across the supply chain network.

• Extensive experience in revenue operations, enablement, and support within complex business environments.
• Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to analyze data, build business cases, and drive strategic initiatives.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to collaborate cross‑functionally and influence without authority.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement operational processes that improve efficiency and performance.
• Proficiency in data visualization and reporting to communicate insights and influence decision‑making.
• Adaptability to evolving business needs and commitment to continuous improvement.
