Senior Analyst, Process Improvement

Position Summary:

The Senior Analyst, Process Improvement, plays a critical role in evaluating performance metrics and driving data-informed strategies to enhance operational efficiency. This position involves partnering with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities, develop and implement process enhancements, and support organizational change initiatives. The role requires expertise in analyzing trends, managing projects, and communicating insights to influence decision-making. By applying industry best practices and ensuring compliance with company policies, the Senior Analyst contributes to sustainable process improvements that align with business objectives and support long-term success.

The Marketplace Seller Performance team drives operational excellence by collaborating across functions to enhance seller outcomes. This team leads change initiatives and manages projects focused on process improvements, leveraging data analysis and stakeholder engagement to identify opportunities. Members work closely with cross-functional partners to simplify workflows, monitor performance metrics, and support continuous improvement efforts. The team emphasizes accountability, clear communication, and strategic execution to align processes with business goals, ensuring sustainable and efficient operations that deliver measurable results and elevate overall marketplace performance.

• Analyze performance metrics across functional areas to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Develop and present reports to support informed business decisions.
• Lead process improvement initiatives by partnering with cross-functional teams to simplify operations and enhance efficiency.
• Plan and execute change management projects, ensuring alignment and adoption among stakeholders.
• Monitor program performance, identify post-implementation issues, and implement sustainable solutions.
• Provide expert guidance on policies, procedures, and best practices to support organizational goals.

• Proven expertise in process improvement and organizational change management within complex business environments.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data collection, root cause analysis, and interpreting performance metrics to drive actionable insights.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage projects from planning through implementation, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Excellent communication skills to influence decision-makers and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Knowledge of business process improvement methodologies and the ability to translate technical solutions into practical business applications.
• Experience in monitoring program performance and recommending sustainable improvements to support long-term business goals.
