The Director, Marketplace, leads strategic initiatives to enhance seller performance and assortment management while fostering strong partnerships across the value chain. This role requires leveraging data analytics, market insights, and business acumen to drive value creation and optimize marketplace operations. The team leads the development and execution of the Collectibles strategy, focusing on high-growth initiatives that drive value creation. It collaborates across functions to align business priorities, leveraging data and market trends to inform decisions. The group fosters strong stakeholder relationships and applies strategic business acumen to optimize assortment and seller performance. By integrating innovative approaches and effective communication, the team supports long-term growth and operational excellence within the marketplace.
