Senior Analyst, Process Improvement

• Analyze performance metrics across functional areas to identify trends and recommend improvements
• Develop and present reports to support informed business decisions
• Lead process improvement initiatives with cross-functional teams to simplify operations and enhance efficiency
• Plan and execute change management projects, ensuring stakeholder alignment and adoption
• Monitor program performance, identify post-implementation issues, and implement sustainable solutions
• Provide guidance on policies, procedures, and best practices
• Communicate with decision-makers to influence and drive strategic initiatives
• Partner with the Marketplace Seller Performance team to enhance seller outcomes, simplify workflows, and support continuous improvement

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Human Resources, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field and 6 months’ experience in consulting, project management, business strategy, or related area; or 2.5 years’ experience in consulting, project management, business strategy, or related area
• Proven expertise in process improvement and organizational change management within complex business environments
• Strong analytical skills, including data collection, root cause analysis, and interpreting performance metrics
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage projects from planning through implementation
• Excellent communication skills to influence decision-makers and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
• Knowledge of business process improvement methodologies
• Ability to translate technical solutions into practical business applications
• Experience monitoring program performance and recommending sustainable improvements
