About the Role:

We are seeking a Sr Sales Analyst based out of our Bentonville, AR office. Turning data into actionable insights every day, this role is focused on analyzing sales to drive sales and business growth. The position will leverage internal sales data, Circana data, and customer POS data to develop reports and recommendations that support the business. Working closely with Customer Business Managers and commercial leadership, this role will create and maintain reporting tools, identify consumer and business trends, and translate data into meaningful insights.

In addition to supporting day-to-day analytics and forecasting activities, this position will also support eCommerce initiatives, including item setup and digital shelf management through Item
360.

You’ll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to

• Analyze and interpret internal, Circana, and customer POS data to identify trends, opportunities, and insights that drive business growth and improve decision-making.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance sales reporting tools, dashboards, and analytical resources to support customer business managers and commercial leadership.
• Translate business challenges, questions, and user needs into analytical solutions and actionable recommendations.
• Support monthly SKU-level forecasting activities by analyzing baseline demand, seasonality, promotional activity, sales trends, and inventory levels to improve forecast accuracy.
