- Drive execution of business plans by identifying needs, setting priorities, and removing obstacles to optimize performance.

- Proven experience in driving business strategy through effective project and change management.
- Strong skills in business planning, prioritization, and performance measurement to achieve operational goals.
- Ability to lead and develop teams by providing coaching, mentoring, and clear performance expectations.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate cross-functionally and influence key stakeholders.
- Demonstrated adaptability and problem-solving capabilities to overcome barriers and implement process improvements.
- Analytical mindset with experience leveraging data and customer insights to inform strategic decisions.
Demonstrates expertise in project management, business planning, and change management, with a strong focus on team development and performance optimization. Leverages analytical skills to drive strategic recommendations and enhance operational efficiency.
