About the team: The eCommerce Strategy team collaborates with leaders and cross-functional partners across Walmart U.S. eCommerce to define priorities and translate strategy into actionable plans. The team analyzes business opportunities, develops data-driven insights, and coordinates work streams to achieve measurable outcomes. Acting as a central connector, it integrates business context, customer insights, analytics, and expertise to clarify complex challenges, align stakeholders, and drive execution.

Team members gain broad exposure across the eCommerce business, strengthening strategic thinking, analytical, communication, and program management skills while supporting progress tracking and risk resolution throughout initiatives.

What you'll do:

• Leadtheexecutionofbusinessplansbyidentifyingneeds,setting priorities,andremovingobstaclestoenhanceperformance.
• Developandcommunicatestrategicinitiatives,ensuringalignmentacrosscross-functionalteamsandstakeholders.
• Overseeprocessimprovementsandchangeinitiatives,drivingadoptionandcontinuouslearningthroughouttheorganization.
• Analyzedatatoevaluateprogrameffectiveness,recommend enhancements,andsupportdecision-makingforseniormanagement.
• UseapprovedAI,automation,coding-assistant,andvisualizationtoolstoaccelerateanalysis,identifybusinessdrivers,andimproverecurringwork.
