The Enterprise Consumer Fraud & Risk team protects Walmart customers, members, and the business by detecting and mitigating fraud throughout the customer lifecycle. This team specializes in Identity Fraud and Risk, driving strategy through data, analytics, and investigative methods to identify emerging threats and assess control effectiveness. Collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Business teams, the group develops balanced recommendations that align with account security, customer experience, and business objectives.
Their efforts enable scalable fraud controls across all tenants, ensuring robust protection and operational excellence.
- Providestrategicdirectionandinfluencemultipletechnologyoperationsprojects,ensuringalignmentwithstrategicobjectivesandeffectiveresourceallocation.
- Track milestones,risks,blockers,dependencies,launch readiness,andpost-launchvalidationforassignedidentitygoals.
- Developandimplementtechnologystrategiesthatsupportbusinessneedsanddriveoperationalefficiency.
- Buildandmaintainstrongstakeholderrelationships,influencingdecisionsandfosteringcollaborationacrossteams.
- Monitorinitiativeperformanceusingkeymetrics,identifyingrisksandimplementingmitigationplans.
- Translatebusinessrequirementsintoactionabletechnologysolutions,supportingcontinuousimprovementandinnovation.
- Maintainclearandcurrentdocumentationin Confluenceincludingfraudrequirementsandoperatingproceduresformultipletenants.
- Extensiveexperienceintechnologyandbusinessoperations,identityfraudandrisk,ande Commerce.
- Strongknowledgeoftechnologystrategiesandtheirapplicationtobusinessoperationsandtechnologysolutions.
- Demonstratedskillsinstakeholdermanagement,relation shipbuilding,andinfluencingcross-functional teams.
