The Assortment Insightsteamtransformscomplexcustomer ,business,andindustrydataintoclear,actionableinsightsthatguidemerchandisingstrategyacrossstoresanddigitalplatforms.

Theteamidentifiesopportunitiestooptimizeassortment,space,andcustomerexperienceinalignmentwithevolvingneeds,supporting futuregrowth.

Collaboratingcloselywith Merchandisingandcross-functional partners,theteaminfluencesdecisionsonassortment,localization,space allocation,category flow,anddigitalexperiences.

Byintegratingmultipledatasources,theytranslatecomplexdatasetsintoclearinsights,highlightkeyopportunities,andprovidestrategicrecommendationstoenhancethecustomerexperienceanddrivebusinessperformance.
What you'll do:

• Shapeassortmentstrategy
  usingcustomerbehavior,channel preferences,andcategoryperformanceacrossstoresanddigital.
• Conductadvancedinsightswork
  including segmentation,trip missions,clustering,andlocalizationtounderstandcustomerneeds.
• Generateactionableinsightsandrecommendations
  byanalyzingdata,trends,performance drivers,andmarketopportunitiesandtranslatingthoseintoactionableinsights.
• Deliverdiagnosticsandperformancenarratives
  toidentifywhat'sworking(andwhatisn't),identifyingrootcausesandtranslatefindingsintoclearactionsandpriorities.
• Develop next-generationspacerecommendations
  thatimprovecustomerexperience,shopability,and productivity.
• Measure impact
  bydefiningsuccessmetrics,developingtestvs.control approaches,evaluating results,andrefiningrecommendationsovertime.
