Product Manager

The (USA) Staff, Product Manager leads the strategy and execution of complex products, driving end-to-end outcomes from discovery through value realization. The team develops an Enterprise Device Management platform that integrates multiple device types to enhance device management, monitoring, and automation capabilities. What You'll Do

• Own the product roadmap, balancing strategic initiatives, customer needs, technical investments, and operational priorities.
• Partner with engineering, cross-functional teams, and business stakeholders to define product strategy and deliver scalable platform capabilities.
• Drive product execution from concept through launch by translating business objectives into well-defined epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead backlog management, sprint planning, prioritization, and roadmap execution.
• Evaluate incoming requests, assess business impact, and prioritize enhancements.
• Align roadmaps and dependencies across partner teams.
• Resolve cross-functional priorities, communicate product progress, and drive the delivery of high-quality, scalable platform capabilities.

What You'll Bring

• A software engineering or other technical background is preferred.
• Proven experience leading product strategy and managing roadmaps for complex products or portfolios of related products.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leaders.
• Extensive Agile experience, including backlog management, sprint planning, prioritization, and user story creation.
• Experience with endpoint management, IoT, enterprise infrastructure, or device management platforms.
