- Ownthestrategyandend-to-enddesignforthefutureofperishableautomation,translating long-termnetworkandbusinessneedsintoscalableautomationarchitectures,operating models,andtransformationroadmaps.
- Establishthedevelopmentroadmapfromearlyconceptthroughcapabilityvalidation,pilot,investment decision,andscalabledeployment,definingclearsuccesscriteriaanddecisiongatesalongtheway.
- Connectdesigndecisionstocapital,operating cost,capacity,andnetworkeconomicsusingengineeringanalysis,simulation,andfinancialmodelingtoinformmajorinvestmentdecisions.
