What you'll do:

• Translatebusiness,operational,legal,andpolicyneedsintoconfiguredtechnologyexperiences.
• Configure workflows,business rules,decision logic,actions,permissions,andLOBsetup.
• Support
  
  SalesforceadministrationandconfigurationforCESbusinessexperiences.
• Buildandmaintainstructured,AI-firstcontentsupportingassociates,customers,self-service,andAI.
• Leadtechnicaldiscoveryandtranslatebusinessneedsanddependenciesintoexecutablerequirements.
• Enablebusinessonboardingfromdiscoverythroughconfiguration,testing,deployment,andproductionreadiness.
• Identify cross-systemdependenciesandensureaccurate,scalableexecutionacrossCEStechnologysurfaces.
• Partner with Product and Engineeringwhenneedsrequirenewcapabilities ,integrations,APIs,or functionality.

What you'll bring:

• 5+yearsofexperienceintechnologyenablement,business systems,configuration,operations,orrelatedtechnicalfunctions.
• Experiencetranslatingbusinessrequirementsintoconfiguredtechnologysolutions,workflows,rules,ordecisionlogic.
• Experiencetakingbusinesstechnologyimplementationsfromdiscoverythroughproductionreadiness.
• Experienceidentifyingtechnicaldependenciesandworkingacrossbusinessandtechnologyteams.
• Strong analytical,problem-solving,andcross-functionalcommunicationskills.
• Experience with Salesforce administration,CRMplatforms,workflow configuration,orlow/no-codetechnologypreferred.
• ExperiencewithAI-enabled technology,automation,structured content,ororchestrationpreferred.
