• Proven expertise in strategic planning and technology strategy development within complex business environments.
• Strong project management skills, including risk mitigation, schedule tracking, and adherence to milestones.
• Ability to develop and communicate clear strategic roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
• Experience in financial management, budgeting, and resource allocation for multiple projects.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration skills to influence and build consensus.

  Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, business, finance, strategy, or related area and 8 years' experience in retail, eCommerce, strategy, operations, technology, management consulting, or related area
• Option 2: 10 years' experience in retail, eCommerce, strategy, operations, technology, management consulting or related area.
