- Leadtechnologytransformationsfromdiscoverythroughimplementationandoptimization.
- Evaluateuserexperiences,processes,systems,data,andoperationalneeds.
- Define future-state workflows,experiences,requirements,andsuccessmeasures.
- Partner with Product,Engineering,Design,Data,Legal,andbusinessteamsthroughdelivery.
- Lead testing,readiness,launch,adoption,andcontinuousimprovement.
- Identifyopportunitiestoapplyautomation,AI,andemergingtechnology.
- Usedataanduserinsightstoimproveexperiencesandbusinessoutcomes.
- Communicate decisions,risks,andrecommendationstoseniorleaders.
- Deepexperienceinsalariedorhigh-volume/hourly hiring,withstrongend-to-endprocessknowledge.
- Strongunderstandingofthetalenttechnologylandscape,leadingindustryplatforms,andbest-in-class practices.
- Provenabilitytoleadcomplextransformationsfromdiscoveryandcurrent-stateassessmentthroughdesign,implementation,launch,and adoption.
- Strongdigitalexecutionexperience,includingtranslatingbusinessneedsintorequirementsandpartneringwith
Product,Engineering,and Designthroughdelivery. - Abilitytoconnectprocess,technology,data,anduserneedsintoscalablesolutions.
- Strong cross-functional leadership,executive communication,andcomfortoperatinginambiguity.
