Role summary:
The Senior Analyst, Assortment Activation plays a critical role in supporting business plans by identifying operational needs, managing cross-functional initiatives, and driving merchandising programs that align with company priorities. What you'll do:
- Support execution of business plans by identifying operational needs and removing obstacles to enhance performance.
- Manage cross-functional initiatives impacting store and corporate processes, including merchandising programs and communications.
- Provide insights and recommendations on merchandise priorities and system support developments to senior management.
- Develop, review, and improve training programs and materials to ensure alignment with updated procedures.
- Analyze data to drive solutions for business challenges and operational improvements.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders to implement effective business solutions.
- Monitor progress, adjust plans, and promote continuous learning and adaptability across teams.
- Proven experience in managing cross-functional initiatives and executing business strategies to drive operational excellence.
- Strong skills in data analysis and project management to identify needs, measure progress, and adjust plans effectively.
- Ability to develop and communicate clear business plans and priorities, removing barriers to enhance performance.
- Expertise in building relationships with stakeholders and providing actionable insights to senior management.
- Demonstrated adaptability and commitment to continuous learning and process improvement.
- Excellent communication skills to influence and collaborate across varied teams and audiences.
