The Walmart Data Ventures Customer Success team empowers users worldwide to maximize value from Walmart Data Ventures products. By combining consulting, change management, thought-leadership frameworks, and learning initiatives, the team collaborates with stakeholders to transform insights into impactful actions. This group focuses on developing and delivering effective learning strategies, managing performance, and driving continuous improvement. The team supports associates through coaching and development, ensuring alignment with business goals and operational excellence.

Together, they foster a culture of accountability, adaptability, and innovation to enhance customer success and organizational growth.

• Proven experience in learning and development strategy, including instructional design and content development.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships.
• Expertise in performance management and process improvement to enhance training effectiveness.
• Ability to lead change management initiatives and promote continuous learning within teams.
• Demonstrated capability in developing complex training programs aligned with business goals.
• Proficient in managing learning environments and facilitating trainer development.
• Strong analytical skills to measure program outcomes and drive operational improvements.
