We’re partnering with a growing concrete contractor in Bentonville, AR to add an experienced Preconstruction Manager focused on large, complex commercial concrete projects.

This role is ideal for a concrete precon leader who understands how to price, plan, and set projects up for success before they ever hit the field.

• Lead preconstruction efforts for large commercial concrete projects
• Develop accurate estimates, budgets, and schedules for $10M+ projects
• Coordinate takeoffs, pricing, value engineering, and constructability reviews
• Partner closely with operations and field leadership to support smooth project handoff
• Support pursuits across multiple vertical markets

• Large commercial concrete construction

• K-12 and Higher Education
• Parking Garages
• Government / Public Works
• Industrial & Manufacturing projects

• 7+ years of experience in concrete construction preconstruction or estimating
• Strong background in self-perform commercial concrete
• Proven ability to lead estimates and precon strategy on complex projects
• Based in or willing to relocate to Bentonville, AR
