The Senior Construction Manager
- Industrial Remodels is responsible for leading construction execution across multiple supply chain remodel projects. This role manages general contractors, schedules, budgets, compliance, and cross-functional coordination from project development through completion and warranty. The position partners closely with operations, engineering, and leadership teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and aligned with operational objectives. The role also drives process improvements, supports strategic initiatives, and provides subject matter expertise across industrial construction and automation-related projects.
Extensive travel is required to support project oversight and execution.
The Industrial Remodels team is a fast-paced, collaborative group focused on delivering impactful construction projects across Walmart's Supply Chain network. The team partners with internal and external stakeholders to execute complex industrial remodels that support operational growth, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Manage industrial construction and remodel projects from planning through execution and warranty completion. Oversee contractors, vendors, project schedules, budgets, compliance requirements, and onsite construction activities. Partner with operations, engineering, and cross-functional teams to coordinate project scope, resolve issues, and ensure successful project delivery. Lead project meetings, monitor timelines and material procurement, review contractor payments and change orders, and maintain construction quality standards.
Identify process improvements, communicate project risks and updates to leadership, and support broader business initiatives as a subject matter expert within industrial construction and supply chain operations.
Experience managing industrial construction or remodel projects in operational environments. Strong project management, budgeting, scheduling, and contractor oversight capabilities. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while navigating shifting priorities and ambiguity. Skilled in cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and conflict resolution. Knowledge of construction compliance, safety standards, and operational coordination. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to present updates to leadership.
Experience supporting automation-related projects and process improvement initiatives preferred. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field, or equivalent industry experience.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $ Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field and 3 years' experience in construction management, construction administration, engineering, architecture, or a related area OR 5 years' experience in construction management, construction administration, engineering, architecture, or a related area.
