Aoka is seeking an experienced Monthly Construction Inspector to independently monitor and document construction progress on HUD-insured multifamily housing projects. Each month includes one site inspection with travel time and a total commitment of around 3 hours.
You will conduct a monthly site inspection, review project documentation, verify progress, document findings, and prepare an objective report for HUD, the owner, and lender.
