• Kendal King specializes in designing, producing, and fulfilling impactful PDQ displays, endcaps, signage kits, trays, and other in-store marketing materials that help brands stand out on the shelf.
• Soapbox Influence and Retail Media is a full-service agency specializing in influencer and retail media marketing, content maintenance and support for eCommerce listings, creative storytelling, photography, creative services, and more.
• Shop Cart Studiois a full-service photography studio, producing high-quality product imagery for some of the largest retailers in the U.S.

Together, these teams work collaboratively to deliver innovative retail solutions that connect brands with shoppers and drive results.

We’re looking for a creative, self-motivated Graphic Designer who’s eager to learn, grow, and bring ideas to life across both digital and print channels. You’ll collaborate closely with our design, sales, and production teams to deliver high-quality, on-brand work. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects with confidence and efficiency.

• Design compelling graphics for in-store displays, online platforms, social media, and other marketing materials.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand project goals and deliver creative, on-brand solutions.
• Take initiative to bring new ideas and fresh perspectives to the table.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Stay current on design trends, tools, and industry best practices.

• 3-5 years of experience in graphic design (agency or in-house).
• Strong portfolio showcasing both digital and print work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
• Eagerness to learn, take feedback, and grow in the role.

• Basic understanding of web design principles (HTML/CSS a plus).
• Familiarity with print production processes.
• Experience with animation or motion graphics.
• Interest in or basic understanding of AI tools, and a willingness to learn more.
