Venterra Concierge employees enjoy competitive hourly pay + 10% performance‑based bonus, paid out quarterly.
Our Concierge employees are responsible for assisting residents, providing excellent service in the clubhouse, monitoring clubhouse activities, ensuring residents follow established rules, addressing resident requests with tailored solutions and recommendations, offering information on local attractions such as shopping, dining, and recreation, helping organize and assist with clubhouse activities, securing the clubhouse by locking doors at the end of operating hours, and performing general office duties as needed.
OurIdeal Candidate will:
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
- Must present a neat and professional appearance.
- Strong multi‑tasking and organizational skills.
- Dependable, trustworthy, and detail oriented.
- Flexible schedule availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Excellent communication skills.
- General computer proficiency and familiarity with basic office equipment.
- Basic office skills such as faxing, typing, and filing.
