Service Dispatcher

We are seeking a self-motivated Service Dispatcher for our Bentonville, AR office. This role provides operational and administrative support by scheduling and dispatching service tickets to field technicians nationwide.

• Schedule and dispatch service tickets to field technicians across nationwide job sites
• Communicate directly with technicians, project managers, and field staff to maintain project timelines
• Track certificates of insurance and manage deliverables for completed work orders
• Assist project leadership with daily operational tasks, project scheduling, and billing preparation
• Create and maintain organized project files and documentation

• High school diploma or equivalent (college education preferred)
• Prior dispatching or logistics support experience within electrical, low voltage, or technical services
• Strong proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and dispatching systems
• Ability to type at least 40 WPM
• Basic understanding of cabling, fiber, or network infrastructure is a plus
• Strong communication, task prioritization, and organizational skills

• Pay Range: $15.00 – $21.00 per hour, depending on experience
