About the team:

The Finance Tools team creates expert system interfaces and platform experiences that integrate financial and people data for internal use. By combining multiple data sources, the team enables partners to gain insights, improve data explainability, and support informed business decisions. Emphasizing user-centered design, usability testing, and clear stakeholder communication, the team delivers intuitive and reliable solutions. Collaboration across functions ensures alignment with business goals while maintaining high standards in interface and interaction design.

This team plays a vital role in shaping data-driven platforms that empower decision-making within the organization.
What you'll do:

• Lead user experience design initiatives by conducting user research, interviews, and site visits to gather actionable insights that inform design strategies.
• Develop and document interaction designs, user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes that enhance usability and meet business objectives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to align UX solutions with strategic goals and ensure effective communication throughout project life cycles.
• Drive usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback to optimize customer satisfaction and product performance.
• Establish best practices and design standards to ensure consistency and scalability across digital platforms.
• Mentor and guide team members to foster professional growth and high-quality deliverables.

What you'll bring:

• Extensive expertise in user experience design, including user research, interaction design, and usability testing.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage strategic initiatives aligned with business goals.
• Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, communication, and consensus building across multiple business units.
• Experience in designing and executing research strategies using qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Proficiency in prototyping, visual design, and developing scalable design systems and templates.
• Demonstrated capability in project management, process improvement, and driving customer-centric product enhancements.
