What you'll do:

• Leadthedesign,development,andimplementationofcomprehensivelearninganddevelopmentprogramsalignedwithbusinessobjectives.
• Collaboratewithstakeholderstoassesstrainingneeds,develop curricula,anddelivereffectivelearningstrategies.
• Evaluateprogrameffectivenessthroughdataanalysisandfeedback,adjustinginitiativestoenhanceimpactandefficiency.
• Ensurecompliancewithcompanypoliciesandethicalstandardswhilepromotingacultureofaccountabilityandhighperformance.
• Driveinnovationininstructionaldesignandlearningtechnologiestosupportorganizationalcapabilitydevelopment.

What you'll bring:

• Proven leadership experience in learning and development, including training program design and execution.
• Expertise in adult learning principles, instructional design, and curriculum development to drive effective learning strategies.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to consult and collaborate across multiple business units.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement performance management and capability development initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills to influence and engage associates and leadership.
• Adaptability to evolving business needs and continuous improvement mindset.
• Experience in evaluating training effectiveness and applying data-driven insights to enhance learning outcomes.
