iHawl is one of the fastest-growing sitework subcontractors in Northwest Arkansas, self-performing mass grading, complete sitework, and utilities for top general contractors and developers. We’re hiring an Estimator who understands how dirt moves, how utilities get built, and how accurate pricing drives winning work.

This role is ideal for someone who knows sitework from the ground up and can translate plans into real numbers.

• Prepare accurate estimates for mass grading, earthwork, utilities, and site prep
  .
• Perform quantity takeoffs from civil plans and specifications.
• Analyze soil reports, logistics, access, and production assumptions.
• Price labor, equipment, materials, trucking, and subcontracted scopes.
• Coordinate with Operations to align production rates and equipment strategy.
• Review bid documents, addenda, and scope gaps.
• Support bid reviews and value-engineering discussions.
• Maintain organized bid files and historical cost data.

• 3+ years of estimating experience in sitework or civil construction.
• Strong understanding of earthwork, utilities, and production-based estimating
  .
• Proficiency in takeoff software (Bluebeam required; HCSS, Trimble, or similar a plus).
• Ability to read and interpret civil drawings and specs.
• Strong attention to detail with practical field awareness.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience in Northwest Arkansas or similar markets preferred.
