We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Senior Processing Engineer to join our innovative engineering team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional to own the Surface Mount Technology Process in our cutting-edge circuit board plant.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage process improvement projects to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and implement manufacturing processes by studying product requirements.
- Apply knowledge of product design, fabrication, assembly, tooling, and materials to improve manufacturing efficiency.
- Identify, propose, and implement capital expenditures (Cap Ex) projects to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that processes align with the overall company objectives.
- Implement testing procedures and manage the documentation to ensure that all processes meet the company's quality standards.
- Oversee facilities management, ensuring that all equipment and machinery are properly maintained and adhere to safety standards.
- Use Lean Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements and increase efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field is required. A Master's degree or MBA will be considered an advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the engineering/manufacturing industry, preferably aerospace.
- Expertise and ability to own Surface Mount Technology (SMT) process.
- Strong knowledge of process improvement techniques and methodologies.
- Leadership experience is a plus.
- Facilities management experience is a plus.
- Cap Ex experience is a plus.
