CADD Technician I - Bentonville, AR!

Halff has an immediate opening for a Computer Aided Design Drafter (CADD) in our Bentonville, AR office to perform drafting, plan preparation and work with design professionals for our Land Development team. Halff is seeking a highly skilled professional to create cost-effective, maintainable and sustainable solutions for our clients.

• Review project design documents prepared by engineering specialists and ensure redlines are incorporated into document drafts.
• Use CAD software to prepare and/or evaluate diagrams, elevations, and/or site configurations.
• Actively participate in implementing and monitoring continuous improvement initiatives to improve project quality.
• Support multiple projects when needed and help ensure timely completion of assignments.

• 0-3 years of experience as a CADD Technician/Designer.
• Ability to work independently as a self-motivator and also as part of a team.
• Experience preferred:
  Autodesk Civil 3D, Bluebeam, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
